Beautiful Dresses

You would never guess from this photo, that there is a dirty, sandy road a few inches from these lovely dresses!  To get a new dress, you can go to a boutique like this one and they will make it for you.  Usually, you have to go and buy the fabric and the notions and bring it to the taylor/seamstress. These are extra fancy (not normal daily clothing), but it is not unusual to see women dressed up like this and walking down the street, especially around a holiday or for a wedding.   For many people, the clothes they wear are very important.  They may live in a small, humble home, most without running water and without  electricity, but they have beautiful African dresses or suits.
